Pastellid

Sain uued Cansoni pastellpaberiplokid.
I got new Canson pastel paper sheets. And of course I had to experiment 😉
for starters I tried what the paper was like and made some bobbles. They looked like regular pastel swatches so I didn’t take a picture.
But then I took a page of sketching paper and drew a landscape picture. The inspiration came from the amazing artist Jackie Simmons. “Broken color” technique makes her paintings summery, warm, sparkly and realistic.
Järgmine töö oli nõelapadi. Kaunistused on nõelvilditud.
Next project was a pincushion. I needle felted the little embellishments. This really took a lot of time and it is my first attempt. The colors are actually really cute and shiny. I filled the pincushion with pure sheep wool and it’s already in use.
Järgmises postituses juba heegeldatud merineitsist!
The next post is going to be about a crocheted mermaid!
Head aega!
Bye!
